Delivery takes between 4 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery might take longer during holiday periods. Free delivery for all locations in Lebanon.
Once you have added your products to your cart, you can use your promo code easily. All you have to do is access your cart, by clicking on the cart on the right of your page. Enter your promo code in the dedicated box and click on “Apply”. The total price will be updated to reflect the applied promo code discount.
If you have any issues related to your order, please follow the steps below:
1- Log in to your account
2- Go to your order history
3- Click on the order number
4- Apply Cancel to the requested order
We can exchange an item within 5 days of receiving an order if it is unused and still sealed. Kindly reach out to us by email on info@metropolis.com with “EXCHANGE” in the email title.
Please note that all Building Pc’s products are non refundable.
All the items applies a warranty as per the manufacturer service center policies.The assembled PC warranty is for one year.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We currently accept only Cash (Bank Notes) upon Delivery. Price in LBP might vary according to the rate of delivery.
The sale price of items showing on our e-commerce are VAT excluded.
You can change the currency you wish to shop and pay with at the top left hand side of the homepage.
Unfortunately due to the current situation we are only accepting “Cash on Delivery” payment
